•Narrow elastic
•Clear tape
•Stick-on gift bow
•Hat template (See template file.)
Hats How-To
1. Download hat template and print onto legal paper. Cut out shape.
2. Enlarge a snapshot, and print it out on legal paper. Trace template onto printout, and cut out.
3. Slot template tabs together.
4. Tape ends of an 8-inch length of elastic to sides of hat. Affix a stick-on gift bow to top of hat.
